Demo and Snack Night - Woodstock

Join Lynda for Demo and Snack Night in Woodstock. This year it will fall on the Third Friday of each month. Each demo will be no longer than 1 hour.

January 17th - Acustitch PC software for Embroidery MachinesAcuStitch software gives you the ability to convert stitches into embroidery patterns and shapes. This software has several shapes and configurations to choose from, like polygons, circles, and ellipses, as well as straight lines and squares.
Easy-to-use functionality
Designs can be created automatically with simple settings. Corner alignment, center alignment, start point, and endpoint alignment can also be done automatically. By simply changing the angle setting, you can create arcs and variations of your design.

February 21st - Binding Options - Which foot? Which Stitches?
Accufeed feet, HP Feet, 1/4 inch feet, Straight Stitches and decorative stitch ideas will be shown in this class for different and fun binding options.
Notions and products to make your binding perfectly easy will also be discussed.

March 21st - Quilt Labels in your Edit Screen
All Janome embroidery machines have a terrific edit screen where you can bring in lines of lettering, even other designs to make your quilt label special.
We will also show a really cool label that is stitched right on your binding.

April 18th - Free Motion Foot Options
Janome has several different free motion quilting feet to consider. Some come with the machines, some are optional. We will explore those options, plus learn how to set up the machine to use each foot.
