Next Step Sewing - Woodstock

Next Step Sewing is taught by Gail at Sewing Concepts in Woodstock, but you register for this class through MCC. The class is held in our store. Class fee to MCC is $79.00, course # is 4520.

After completing the beginning sewing class, you’ll be ready to
take your sewing skills to the next level! The projects for this class
are: Inside-Out Placemats: these reversible placemats use a “self-
binding” technique. You will use basic cutting, measuring, and
sewing skills, plus learn about “stitching in the ditch” technique.
Humbug Bag: you will learn basic quilting skills and how to insert
a zipper! Reversible Apron: with many variations to add your own
flare, you’ll create an apron with pockets, choice of straps, and
a lining. Supplies, fabric, notions and patterns are not included
in the class fee but are available for purchase at the first class.
Your costs will vary based on fabrics and supplies chosen. Each
student receives a 15% discount on supplies purchased at Sewing
Concepts. Sewing machines will be provided! Sewing Concepts is
located on the square in downtown Woodstock
